This is the best video I was able to find on shooting science. And what do you know? That’s the name of the youtube user.

I personally sucked at basketball forever! I am not great by any means right now, however I have made a diligent effort to improve. So in the past 10 YEARS I have been able to develop a decent little game and shot.

It all began to change when I went out of my way to study the fundamentals! These are it. You can overlook them and pretend that you don’t need them, but you do.

I have a nephew with incredible hustle and drive. But he shoots really odd and refuses to change his shooting form despite my encouragement because he can make it in his current form.

He will learn soon enough when his competition gets bigger and faster that his little shooting form will hurt him. Sometimes you need to tear something up to make it better. He will know real soon exactly what I mean.

This video is perfect for anyone needing those fundamentals.
